Fees
Our Fee Guide
Pricing varies based on the size, scope, and complexity of your project.
This guide outlines typical fee ranges, but all projects are quoted with afixed fee and unlimited design revisions.
For additions and renovations, fees include detailed on-site measurements of your existing home.
All fees include complete permit-ready drawings, and structural and residential design that reflects your layout needs, lifestyle, and personal style.
Additional services not included in design fees
Some projects require third-party services, which are quoted separately if needed. These may include:
- Structural engineering
- HVAC design
- Roof truss design
- LVL engineering
- Other specialized consultant services required by the municipality or builder
These services are coordinated as part of the design process when required.
