Nauta partners with qualified individual and institutional investors to deliver turnkey development projects. Our joint venture partners acquire the property, and our team manages the complete plan–design–build process - from concept to permit to final construction.

Once a project is completed, joint venture partners decide whether to sell the asset or retain it based on their investment objectives.

How Our Joint Ventures Work

To ensure every project performs at the highest level, Nauta carefully selects joint venture partners who have both the capacity and the interest in participating in full-scale development.

Key considerations include:

  • Minimum investment requirement: $100,000
  • Typical project duration: 6 months to 2 years
  • Joint venture partners purchase the property
  • Nauta provides planning, design, permits, and construction
  • Joint venture opportunities are not offered on a first-come basis
  • We work only with investors able to participate at the required level of commitment

Property acquisitions and access to current developments are facilitated through our broker, Corrie Veenstra.

Nauta retains design authority on all projects to ensure each development is structured for maximum return in the most efficient timeline possible.
