• Nauta Home Designs reserves the right to make changes to designs and prices without notice
• All pdfs of house plans are fully protected under all copyright laws
• The buyer agrees with the purchase, that they are not allowed by law, to re-sell the house plan pdf or parts there of

• Nauta Home Designs retains ownership of all original designs, house plans and CAD files
• Purchase of $9.99 PDF House Plans does not confer a license to obtain a building permit with or to build with said blueprints

Terms & Conditions for Construction Set Blueprints

• Nauta Home Designs retains ownership of all original designs, house plans and CAD files
• Purchase of Construction Set Blueprints includes Schedule 1 Designer Form and Energy Efficiency Form for use in obtaining building permit, signed by our licensed designer, with BCIN numbers
• With the purchase of the Construction Blueprints ; a license is granted to the buyer to construct only one house
• Reproduction of the house plans in full, or in part, is strictly prohibited
• All pdfs of house plans are fully protected under all copyright laws

• All house plans are designed to comply with with the requirements of the Canadian National Building Code and the Ontario Building Code
• We recommend that you ensure the house plan complies with your local building and planning by-laws and building regulations before purchasing a house plan
• Ensure the house will fit on your property. Please contact your local municipality to ensure the house will fit before making your purchase
