We employ talented and experienced licensed home designers. Our knowledge and understanding of the Ontario Building Code and building structures assures that not only are the blueprints accurately designed and completed, but that the plans are accepted and approved by building departments.

Hank Nauta

President & Founder

Hank has over 40 years of experience in the home building industry and is BCIN Licensed. Hank founded Nauta Home Designs in 1990 after attending Niagara College and gaining experience in the industry, and has been growing the business ever since. These days, Hank's main roles are business development, meeting with potential clients, plan reviews, overseeing design projects/permits/minor variances, and attending site visits when needed.

Justin Nauta

Design Manager

Justin is the Design Manager overseeing all client projects and designers as well as contributing to drafting and business development. Justin attended Brock University and has gained experience in design under the guidance of Hank since 2014.

Emily Nauta

Office Manager, HR Manager

Emily manages a wide range of tasks including office operations, all administration and invoicing, HR, business development and marketing, coordinating Permits/ Minor Variance applications, and Project Management administration. Emily attended Brock University and Niagara College and holds a CHRP designation in Human Resources. Emily has been with NHD since 2012.

Roberto Biagi

Designer

Roberto drafts client blueprints and attends site measurements. Roberto attended Niagara College and has been with NHD since 2021.

Patrick Coletti

Designer

Patrick drafts client blueprints and attends site measurements. Patrick attended Mohawk College and has been with NHD since 2021.

Peter Nauta

Designer / 3D Renderings

Peter drafts client blueprints and creates 3D models and beautiful, realistic renderings. Peter has been working in this capacity with NHD since 2019.
