This location is what the owners were after. They saw beyond the existing house, and saw the potential for what could be.

This addition and renovation project involved the space for the house and the views it gave. The rear two storey great room, with large curved windows, overlooks the creek and with great sunsets. The kitchen doubled in size and allowed for more social fun.

The Master wing at the far right made for evenings of relaxation in a place to call their own. Very private and quiet.

The garage, mudroom and laundry was designed to wrap around the existing in-ground pool area. Along with the rear covered lanai, the pool area is now enjoyed with much privacy and personal enjoyment.

This is now a home with a strong central focus, highlighting the lifestyle of the owner, and with uniqueness to call it very original.
