1.  These are the complete construction blueprints.

2.  To be used for pricing, budgeting and construction.

3.  For Ontario, *BCIN number and signed Designer Permit form is included.

4.  These are "permit ready" blueprints, fully detailed with architectural and structural data.

5.  Size of blueprints are 24" x 36" white copy at 1/4" scale.

* BCIN number and signed Designer Permit form is required for a building permit in Ontario.

All blueprints are shipped "map" folded.

Always make sure the blueprints comply to all local by-laws for the building lot.

Please make sure the house will fit on your building lot for property set-backs and % lot coverage.

Most common mistake made in buying house plans, is that the house is too wide for the lot.

Easements and by-laws affect the allowable width and % lot coverage for a building on any lot.

On country lots, site conditions may affect house width, location and orientation.
