Sales Associates Wanted

Nauta Home Designs requires Sales Associates in several major cities across Southern Ontario. We are looking for candidates in the following cities:

• Hamilton                        • Niagara                      • London
• Burlington                      • Windsor                       • Kitchener
• Brantford                       • Cambridge                    • Guelph
• Oakville                       • Toronto

As a Sales Associate, you would be expected to promote and sell the custom home design and addition/renovation design services we offer as well as our stock of existing house plans.

You would be expected to find prospective clients and sell design / drafting contracts.

You will call on individual home owners for addition/renovations and new home builders for projects including single family dwellings, condominiums, townhouses and complete new developments.

We would then oversee the design process and drafting.

This position is suitable as an added service to an already established business or as a full time position.

This position is commission based - a generous commission payment structure is offered.

Minimum Requirements:
• A successful candidate would possess a College diploma in Architectural or Construction Technology.
• Previous experience of 1-3 years in residential construction is preferred.
