For renovations, our fee ranges from $500 - $5,000.

No charge for the initial meeting.

After meeting on site, our fee is determined by the gross floor area, size, shape, and scale

of the project.

We do all types of renovations: redesigning interior space, kitchens, custom designs, and more.

All projects are priced with a fixed fee that falls in the range.

All custom projects are with unlimited revisions during the design process.

All of our services are provided with written guarantees for obtaining building permit

and for construction.

Custom design renovation blueprints are drafted for easy permit approval.
