Purchasing Terms - House Plans and Home Designs by Nauta Home Designs

1. All sales are final

2. No refund or exchanges

3. Nauta Home Designs retains ownership of all original designs, plans, blueprints and sketches. Purchasing of blueprints is not a transfer of ownership to the buyer.

4. With the blueprints purchased; a license is granted exclusively to the buyer to construct only one building. The license is not transferrable.

5. All blueprints, documents and catalogues are fully protected under all copyright laws.

6. Reproduction of blueprints, documents and catalogues, in full, or in part is stricly prohibited.

7. The buyer agrees that they are not allowed, by law, to re-sell the blueprints or parts there of.

8. Nauta Home Designs reserves the right to make changes to designs and prices without notice.

Important Notes:

1. All plans are designed to comply with the requirements of the Canadian National Building Code and the Ontario Building Code.

2. Nauta Home Designs recommends to have the blueprints reviewed by a competent designer, architect or an engineer for compliance to local building codes and by-laws.

3. Please make sure the building design will fit on your desired building lot. Lot setbacks vary for each municipality.
