Note: Blueprints are shipped “map” folded.

It is up to the purchaser to make sure that the blueprints comply to all local building codes and by-laws.

Townhouses and Condos are site specific, and the Ontario set for these types of buildings are Ontario Building Code compliant only.

For purchasers outside of Ontario, Canada, it is recommended that you have a local designer or architect review the blueprints prior to applying for building permit.

Please make sure that the house will fit on your lot.

Most common mistake made in buying house plans, is that the house is too wide for the lot.

Easements and by-laws affect the allowable width for a building on any lot.

Country lots may not be affected as much as city lots, but site conditions may affect house width and location.
