Our Start...

We are a Canadian Home Design Company, located in Fonthill, Ontario, Canada. We are at the heart of the Niagara Peninsula, just outside of Niagara Falls.

Since our start in 1990, Nauta Home Designs had a simple mission...help people get the home of their dreams without the fear, frustration and anxiety.

We've been able to help over 1900 families since then, offering design services unique to the industry.

Who We Are...

We are talented and experienced Licensed Home Designers, CAD Operators, Artists with
over 18 years experience in alliance with Engineers and Surveyors.

Our extensive education and training covers the many aspects of building design such as Architectural, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Interiors, Building Sciences, Building Codes and Surveying.

Our knowledge and understanding of building codes and building structures assures that not only are the blueprints accurately designed and complete, but that they are accepted and approved by Building Departments.

Nauta Home Designs has college graduates who have a diploma in Construction Engineering Technology - Architecture who become licensed designers to ensure quality design, accurate drafting, and building code practices.

Size - What are the room sizes? What is needed for space?
Shape - How is it created or defined? Form and Function!
Scale - Are all areas properly proportioned? Is the space balanced?
