One copy for $150.00 canadian. S/H included. Plus 5% GST.
As of Oct 5th, 2009 - One copy "Study Sets" of Plans is $150.00 + 5% GST. Shipping included.
1. These are the complete construction blueprints. With architectural details and structural data.
2. Not to be used for construction.
3. Use to accurately price the project and design review.
4. Decide if the house plan is for you or needs modification or customization.
5. Size of blueprint is 24" x 36" white copy at ¼" scale.
6. Study Set Purchase can be put towards Full Set Purchase within 90 days.
All blueprints are shipped “map” folded.
Always make sure the blueprints comply to all local by-laws for the building lot.
Please make sure the house will fit on your building lot for property set-backs and % lot coverage.
Most common mistake made in buying house plans, is that the house is too wide for the lot.
Easements and by-laws affect the allowable width and % lot coverage for a building on any lot.
On country lots, site conditions may affect house width, location and orientation.
