Modify and Reverse any stock house plan:   Add $250.00 ca

Modifying a house plan is when a "single" set of changes are made to the interior of the home.
Examples are...moving interior walls, re-arrange a bathroom or kitchen layout, changing a door or window style.

Should you wish to have your changes made often...such as changing the kitchen layout more than once, then you should consider ordering a "customized" plan.

Modifying a house plan requires that the footprint or outline of the house does not change.
This foot print or out line includes the house, garage, porches, decks, and exterior stair wells.

The cost of modifying a house plan is minimal because the changes are usually only done to the floor plans and sometimes the elevations when windows and doors are changed.

Most of the time, these changes do not require structural engineering, change in building structure, or building code compliance. As such the time involved is minimal.

Should your changes ever require a change to the footprint or outline, it is now considered a customized plan
.
The reason is because a change in footprint affects the entire blueprint. The roof lines change, elevations change, floor plans change, cross sections change, structural design and engineering change, and building code compliance has to be checked.

1. Click "modify plan" at left.

2. A window pops up...asking for your info and asking for what you want modified.

3. Fill in all the fields, and state what you would like changed to the house plan.

4. Click the submit button.

5. One of our designers will receive your email directly.

We will respond with a quote to make the changes to the design.

Remember...if the changes are minor, this is an excellent service. If changes affect footprint, or are extensive, use the "customize plan" service.
