Nauta Home Designs has been licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Housing since 2006.

Along with being licensed, we have our BCIN numbers for the Ontario Building Permit Application form.

This is a requirement for signing the Schedule 1, Designer Form part of the building permit.

Although this is a requirement for anyone providing design services, do not use this licensing to determine whom you hire.

Having a minimum college diploma in architectural technology, as well as many years experience in this industry is the basics that you should follow.

When speaking to designers...ask to see their work, portfolio and their blueprints. Use this to decide whom you should hire.

It is your home...you deserve to know all you can about whom you hire.
