HVAC Design - HOUSE PLANS and HOME DESIGNS by Nauta Home Designs

We can provide HVAC Design for obtaining a building permit and for construction.

HVAC Designs are $500.00 ca. for residential projects.

A HVAC Design shows HVAC calculations, Heat / Loss Gain Calculations, and Forced Air
System Ductwork Schematics.

The HVAC Design is done by a Professional Mechanical Engineer or a Licensed Mechanical
Designer that will sign it with their BCIN number. This is required for building permit.

The HVAC documents consist of :

A ventilation calculation report
A heat loss and heat gain report
Ductwork design
Ductwork schematic drawings

The reports show total btu's and cfm.

The schematic drawings show duct sizes and cfm.

The completed blueprints of your house are required before this can be started.
