Cottages Home Plans

All of our house or cottage plans can be modified or customized at your request. "Modifying" a house plan is when a single set of changes is made to the interior of the home, and requires that the footprint or outline of the house does not change (for example, moving interior walls or changing the kitchen layout.) "Customizing" a house design is when a number of changes are made, and these changes affect the footprint. The cost of modifying a house plan is minimal because these changes do not require structural engineering, change in building structure, or building code compliance.

Home Designs

All of our home designs can be reversed for a small fee. If the mirror image of a house plan would be better suited to your lot, or your lifestyle, call us to order a "reversed" plan, or click on the "modify plan" button when you place your order online.

Our house plans are drafted using CAD technology, which provides the greatest clarity, accuracy and detail. Most importantly, they are easy to read, helping to avoid frustration and job site errors.
