1. Custom Homes

For new homes, our fee ranges from $0.80/sq. ft. - $2.00/sq. ft.

No charge for the initial meeting.

All projects are priced with a fixed fee that falls in the range.

Our fee is determined by the gross floor area, size, shape, and scale of the home.

All custom projects are with unlimited revisions during the design process.

All of our services are provided with written guarantees for obtaining building permit

and for construction.

Blueprints are drafted for easy permit approval.

2. Additions & Renovations

For additions and renovations, our fee ranges from $500 - $5,000.

No charge for the initial meeting.

After meeting on site, our fee is determined by the gross floor area, size, shape, and scale

of the project.

All projects are priced with a fixed fee that falls in the range.

All custom projects are with unlimited revisions during the design process.

All of our services are provided with written guarantees for obtaining building permit

and for construction.

Blueprints are drafted for easy permit approval.

Additional Services

   1. Colour Exterior Renderings; starting at $350.00

   2. 3D Exterior Modeling; starting at $550.00

   3. Additional 24 x 36 white copy blueprints of your project; $5.00/sheet
