Customizing a house plan is when changes are done that affects the footprint of the house plan.

These changes affect the footprint, interior, exterior, structure, and roof lines of the house.

The footprint or outline also includes decks, porches, garage, and exterior stairwells.

Changes can be made often, so as to design the house to the client’s wishes.

Examples are...moving interior walls, moving exterior walls, add a bedroom, change ceiling styles, re-arrange a bathroom or kitchen layout, change roof lines, change exterior finishes, change structural material, add more area, reduce some areas, make covered patios, increase the garage.

Should you wish to only to one change made to the interior, such as changing the bathroom layout, then you order the house plan "modified".

Cost of customizing a house plan varies due to what changes are requested.

The total cost is a fixed fee, quoted by our designers prior to any work.

3.  Fill in all the fields, and state what you would like changed to the house plan.

6.  We will respond by email or phone, with a quote to make the changes to the design.
