House Plans                                              Customize House Plans
All of our house plans can be customized at your request.

Customizing a house plan is when a number of changes are made to the design of the house, and changes made to the footprint or outline of the house.

The footprint or outline includes all decks, porches, garage,  and stairwells.

Changes can be made often, and allow the design of the house to be perfected to the client’s wishes.

Examples are...moving interior walls, move exterior walls, add a bedroom, change ceiling styles, re-arrange a bathroom or kitchen layout, change roof lines, change exterior finishes, change structural material, add more area, reduce some areas, etc.

Should you wish to only to one change made to the interior, such as changing the bathroom layout, then you should consider ordering a "modified" plan.

Modifying a house plan requires that the footprint or outline of the house does not change.
This foot print or out line includes the house, garage, porches, decks, and exterior stair wells.

See more about modifying a house plan here...  or you can also look at Custom Homes

The cost of customizing a house plan varies greatly due the number of changes, and how much they affect the over-all design of the house.

Changes can affect the area of the house, the roof lines, foundation, structure, roof truss systems, shape of the home, room sizes, traffic zones, etc….

When ordering a customized house plan, our service is done under a “fixed” fee.
