One copy for $50.00 CAD. S/H included. Plus 13% HST.

1. These are only concept drawings, showing the floor plans and exterior elevations.

2. The floor plans are fully dimensioned, both outside and inside.

3. Overall outside dimensions given. To make sure it fits your lot.

4. All rooms and areas are titles, with room sizes dimensioned.

5. All window and door sizes are noted.

6. Kitchens and bathrooms are fully detailed with appliances and fixtures shown.

7. All unique features are given; such as cathedral ceilings or "built-ins".

8. Can not to be used for construction. These are not complete construction blueprints.

9. Architectural details and structural design are not included.

10. Use to decide if the house plan is for you or needs modification or customization.

11. Size of blueprint is 24" x 36" white copy at ¼" scale.

12. Concept Plan Purchase can be put towards Full Set Purchase within 30 days.

13. Please allow 2-4 days for shipping. Call our office to confirm.

All blueprints are shipped "map" folded.

Always make sure the blueprints comply to all local by-laws for the building lot.

Please make sure the house will fit on your building lot for property set-backs and % lot coverage.

Most common mistake made in buying house plans, is that the house is too wide for the lot.

Easements and by-laws affect the allowable width and % lot coverage for a building on any lot.

On country lots, site conditions may affect house width, location and orientation.
