For additions, our fee ranges from $500 - $15,000.

No cost for the initial on-site meeting.  Site meetings can be provided within Southern Ontario.

Projects outside Niagara can be done without an initial on-site meeting via email and digital photos.

We provide this service for all of Canada.

All projects are priced with a fixed fee that falls in the above fee range.

All projects are quoted and approved, prior to work being done.  

Our fee is determined by the size, shape, and scale of the project.

Structural design and complexity of design are also used to determine our fee.

We do all types of additions:  living spaces, granny suites, in-law suites, rooms over the garage,

   new second floors, attic conversions, exterior makeovers, home makeovers, and more.

All addition projects comes with unlimited revisions during the design process.

All of our services are provided with written guarantees for building permit and for construction.

Our blueprints are always drafted for quick permit approval and easy to use.
