Building Permits
We collaborate with our client to acquire all collateral documents and prepare and submit the Building Permit Application package as their Authorized Agent
- For most residential homes, we provide this service for $1000 +HST. However, some projects may require an individual quote.
- All collateral documents, application fees, and other 3rd party fees are at the expense of the client.
- Zoning Compliance Certificates: Some municipalities have introduced a separate Zoning Compliance Certificate process which must be completed prior to Building Permit Application. If this separate application is required by your municipality, we will compelte this process as your Agent as part of our Building Permit Application Service

Planning Consulting Services are unique to each project and are quoted individually; services may include but are not limited to: initial concepts, site planning, building design, final design approvals, completion of application forms, gathering 3rd party requirements, navigating the process on our client's behalf, working with the Municipal Planning and Building Departments, and representing clients at committee meetings.
While we provide this service with the full intent of obtaining the desired approvals and have a successful history of representing our clients; we cannot guarantee planning approvals. This is due to the subjective nature of the process, which generally includes committees and public input.
